CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

You have 14 days to return the entire order. You can also return part of the order.

Indicate in the form the reason and time slot (morning or afternoon) to arrange collection.

Once the goods have been received at our offices, and after checking their condition, the total or partial amount of the order will be refunded on the same platform as the payment was made, but never the shipping costs (unless we make a mistake). The payment will not be made until we have received the product and checked its perfect condition.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ITEM I RECEIVE HAS A MANUFACTURING PROBLEM?

Essentials WBBN is committed to providing the highest quality and total customer satisfaction. Therefore, if when you receive your order you are not satisfied with any of your items, you have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to return them.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS A PRICE ERROR ON THE WEBSITE?

Telematic errors in prices on the web do not condition the shipment of the model. Therefore, if due to a telematic error an article shows a price that is not correct, it will not be sent unless the correct amount is paid.

Return of the defective product

In the event that the product is not in good condition and the causes attributable to it are not the result of the customer, the customer will have the right to return the product, informing BABY NIT SL of the reason for return through any of the means provided in these conditions of contract, and at no cost to the customer. This return due to a defect or poor condition of the product will not be considered a right of withdrawal.

BABY NIT SL undertakes to assume the cost of the return and to return the product for a new one in accordance with the conditions accepted at the time of sale.
