Tambi\u00e9n puede devolver parte del pedido.<\/p>\n<p>Indique en el <a href=\"\/contacto\/\">formulario<\/a> el motivo y franja horaria (ma\u00f1ana o tarde) para gestionar la recogida.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez recibida la mercanc\u00eda en nuestras oficinas, y previa comprobaci\u00f3n del estado de la misma, se reembolsar\u00e1 el importe total del pedido o parcial en la misma plataforma que se realiz\u00f3 el pago, pero nunca los gastos de env\u00edo (salvo error nuestro). No se realizar\u00e1 el abono hasta que hayamos recibido el producto y comprobado su perfecto estado.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfQU\u00c9 PASA SI EL ART\u00cdCULO QUE ME LLEGA TIENE UN PROBLEMA DE FABRICACI\u00d3N?<\/h2>\n<p>El compromiso de Essentials WBBN es ofrecer la m\u00e1xima calidad y lograr una total satisfacci\u00f3n de nuestros clientes. Por lo tanto, si cuando reciba su pedido no queda satisfecho con alguno de sus art\u00edculos, tiene un plazo de catorce (14) d\u00edas naturales a contar desde la fecha de su recepci\u00f3n para ser devueltos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfQU\u00c9 OCURRE SI HAY UN ERROR DE PRECIO EN LA P\u00c1GINA WEB?<\/h2>\n<p>Los errores telem\u00e1ticos en precios en la web no condicionan el env\u00edo del modelo. Por lo que si por error telem\u00e1tico un art\u00edculo marca un precio que no es el correcto no se proceder\u00e1 al env\u00edo del mismo a no ser que se abone el importe correcto.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Devoluci\u00f3n del producto defectuoso<\/h2>\n<p>En el caso de que el producto no se encuentre en buen estado y las causas imputables a este, no sean consecuencia del cliente, este tendr\u00e1 derecho a la devoluci\u00f3n del producto, informando a BABY NIT SL del motivo de devoluci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de cualquiera de los medios facilitados en las presentes condiciones de contrataci\u00f3n, y sin coste alguno para el cliente.
